FOR SELLERS

1. Product Submission
   
   • The Seller agrees to deliver the Product(s) to the Company for the purposes of authentication, inspection, cleaning, minor repair, photography, listing, storage and/or warehousing for the duration of the Sale Period. Upon physical receipt and confirmation of the Product(s), the Company shall exercise reasonable care and commercially prudent security measures for the safekeeping of the Product(s) while in its custody.
2. Shipping & Courier Liability
   
   • All shipment of the Product(s) — including dispatch from the Seller to the Company, and any return shipment from the Company to the Seller — shall be undertaken exclusively through independent third-party courier/logistics service providers.
     
   • At no point shall the Company be deemed to have assumed risk, liability or responsibility for any loss, theft, delay, tampering, damage, or destruction occurring while the Product(s) are in transit and/or in the possession of such third-party service providers, irrespective of whether the shipment was initiated by the Company on behalf of the Seller.
     
3. Return of Products & Associated Charges
   • In the event the Product(s) are to be returned to the Seller for any reason whatsoever after arrival at the Company’s premises (including withdrawal by the Seller, non-sale during the Sale Period, or rejection by the Company), all logistics, shipping, insurance, packaging and related costs for such return shall be borne solely and entirely by the Seller.
   • The Company retains the right to withhold dispatch of the Product(s) until full payment of applicable return charges is received.
     

FOR BUYERS

• Orders are dispatched through independent, reputed, trackable courier/logistics partners. Delivery timelines are subject to courier serviceability and operational conditions.
• Products are packaged in secure, tamper-evident and discreet packaging to ensure safety and privacy during transit.
  
• Risk and title of the Product(s) shall pass to the Buyer upon handover of the shipment to the courier/logistics partner. The Company shall not be liable for any loss, theft, damage, delay, or non-delivery arising once the Product(s) are in transit.
  
• A tracking number and shipment updates shall be provided to the Buyer upon dispatch via email and/or WhatsApp.
